  • Q: Why the Bluetooth can not be connect?
    A:

    (1) Mobile phone system need to meet the requirements:Android 4.4 or above,IOS 8.0 or above.

    (2) To confirm that the app is the latest version,recommend that using the latest version of the experience.

    (3) Whether the mobile phone Bluetooth is turned on and can be used normally,it is recommended to close all programs to restart Bluetooth and then connect

  • Q: Why the Bluetooth connection often disconnected?
    A:

    (1) The distance between mobile phone and device is too far,Bluetooth will disconnect after more than 10 meters.

    (2) When the app exits to the background run,the IOS system may automatically close the system,causing the Bluetooth connection to disconnect.

    (3) The Bluetooth automatically disconnects after the phone goes black,which may be due to the power mode of the phone or the assistant of the phone automatically turns off the Bluetooth.You can set the phone and reconnect it again.

  • Q: Why the device Bluetooth cannot be found in the APP?
    A:

    (1) Please make sure using the correct APP.

    (2) Please make sure the watch didn't be connected by other phones.

  • Q: How to synchronize data? Why synchronize failure when synchronizing data?
    A:

    (1) Open the app will automatically sync,you can alse enter into the app main interface then drop-down to sync;

    (2) Please make sure the devide is under normal connection with mobile phone,if not,you can unbind the device and re-connect.

    Tips:Apple users,please check the "XXX"device in the Bluetooth list on the phone,click and ignore the device,and then reconnect.

  • Q: Using remote camera control function
    A:

    You can put the phone in the distance,shake device can take photos.

    (1) Need to make sure the device and mobile phone under normal Bluetooth connection.

    (2)App needs to be allowed to invoke system camera.

  • Q: Why does the back of the watch flash green light?
    A:

    When the green light flash,means the device attempt to monitor heart rate.if you open the automatic heart rate monitoring,the green light will automatically glow,choose manual monitoring heart rate will not automatically glow.

  • Q: Sleep data cannot be synchronized or inaccurate?
    A:

    (1)Need to wear device when sleep,otherwise there is no data produced in the app.

      (2) The device records the night sleep date usually.

  • Q: Why there is no weather data on device, or not synchronized, or inaccurate?
    A:

    The device itself does not automatically update the weather data.You need to connect the device to App to synchronize the weather data.

    (1) Please make sure the App is connected to the device;

    (2) Please make sure the Weather Forecast switch on App is on.

  • Q: What is IP67 level waterproof?
    A:

    IP 67 regers to complete protection against ingress of dust and airborne particles.Protection againset water and liguids,up to one meter of water. 

  • Q: Is the device waterproof? Can I take a bath?
    A:

    The device is for life waterproof,can wear bathing.

  • Q: What factors affect the device accuracy of steps?
    A:

    The device built-in accelerometer and algorithm are extremely delicate.When you get the first set of device,need to be honest and accurate to fill out the information.including sex,height,weight,age,these are slightly affect the acceleration sensor data capture,these will further affect the acceleration sensor data collection,further affect the operation of the algorithm,resulting in inaccurate step count results,inaccurate distance data,inaccurate calorie consumption value,and affecting your personal exercise date.Besides,your swing arm poature,stride,body shape,road surface smoothness,uphill downhill will also affect the value of the steps.

  • Q: Why have I started to walk, the device didn't start counting steps?
    A:

    In order to reduce the error of the device,it is set an initial value of 10,when the real-time step is greater than 10 steps,start countting step,the device and app step datas will change.That is,starting from step 10th,remember 10,30steps before data storage.

  • Q: Do your company support OEM and ODM?
